In a forum fight with the default starting distance, it's basically Bones vs KGBeast... and Bones wins cause he's a better shot than the guy who got killed by Bat and then retconned to be alive for no reason.

Read Aquaman and All-Star Batman. KGB is a lot tougher from what I remember.

Crossbones is the best shot but KGBeast has a machine gun for a hand. Meaning he is the quicker draw and can fire more rounds in quick succession without having to reload. Especially if there is no cover, then Crossbones will be on the defensive from the start.

Anyway I don't think bullets will ultimately decides this b/c streets have a crazy habit of avoiding gunfire. Plus Crossbones and Bane have been shot and still fought effectively. Bane for one has faster healing on venom and metahuman speed. He should be able to close the distance rather quickly w/o taking a kill shot. He has done things like jump for the ground to the top of a light house in one leap.
