Pure H2H inside a prison yard. Who wins?

H2H I think Rory. By now he's got some impressive melee feats and wins under his belt. And he's freakishly strong/durable for just a normal guy. Merlyn's definitely skilled, but he doesn't have the power to put Rory down before he gets eye gouged and choke slammed or something.
