I think she could fall to Katarn, but I also have Katarn ranked higher than he seems to be here, based on this listing. So I'll stops at Katarn or clears.

Clears in the Second run because she is Luke-level.

Why is it LotF twice? If you mean FotJ, she'd clear for the second round. Not sure about the first.
