H2H/Melee Only

Round 1: H2H

Round 2: Grodd has his spear/shield

I assume this is the Deadpool version? He's been shown to be a good deal stronger than Grodd. So without telepathy or any of that Grodd probably loses.

What has Colossus done to suggest he is a good deal stronger than Grodd? His best strength feats involve shifting a piece of concrete and throwing a large tire. In his first appearance, Grodd was strong enough to smash Barry through a stone brick wall. And, in a later appearance, he was sending regular humans flying easily as far as Colossus did to Angel Dust. In the latest episode of The Flash, one of his underlings sent a car flying offscreen with a casual backhand, and Grodd himself easily tore off the roof of a car. Not to mention Grodd has WAY better speed/reaction feats (being able to do things like catch a supersonic punch, which by definition was moving at the speed of sound), and was durable enough to take a hit from a speeding train without injury. Hell, even falling off a skyscraper didn't fully KO him.

He caught Barry's "infinite" mass punch (in quotations because it's not the same speed as comic Barry so the mass behind it is still just a fraction of what the attack in the comics is) without taking any damage, although this is his high end feat. The same attack KOed Girder (metahuman made of steel in the previous seasons).

Still, for this, I'd go with Colossus.

Well, they called it a "supersonic" punch in the show. But it operates on the same principles. But I don't feel like Grodd really has much in the way of low ends. He took that hit from a large, speeding train without damage, which would literally turn a human into a bloody smear. He also took hits from Solovar (who can smash the ground hard enough to send a shockwave throughout an entire arena) without being seriously hurt. Solovar had to knock hiss hairy ass off the top of a skyscraper to have a real effect on him, and he was still trying to get up after that.

I'm not convinced Colossus can take this. He showed that things like choking can still affect him, and Grodd has greater agility and a much longer reach than Angel Dust did. Also, Piotr has morals when he fights. He didn't want to kill Angel Dust, and didn't want Wade to kill Ajax. Whereas Grodd will just try to murder him.

Okay well to be fair I haven't seen the most recent episode yet.
