But one-shotting Nihilus, Palpatine and Luke?

And even in the case of Vader, he has tanked an explosion that atomized several cargo freighters with no life threatening injuries. And he tanked Oneness Galen's suicide blast while injured, which was said to contain all of Galen's power, and we know he's manipulated an ISD before. Not nearly to the same extent as Dorsk 81 did, but the attack didn't cause Vader any significant harm at all.

And that was pre-prime Vader, too. He's only ever suffered any real injuries at the hands of Palpatine.

That's Canon, not Legends. And the circumstances of how he survived are intentionally ambiguous and unknown.

This is composite Vader. And not sure what's so ambiguous about this feat. The whole temple explodes and Vader is seen coming out injured, but still very much alive. Seems pretty straightforward to me.

Okay. But given we have no idea what happened, we have no reason to bring that into the equation. Occam's Razor would dicate we go by the simplest conclusion, which is that Vader's injuries were the result of the explosion.

Irrelevant. An attack of that magnitude would not only turn Vader into ash, it would also turn Palpatine into ash. Owning a fleet of SDs >>> any defense any character can come up with.

But Luke could not be budged by even a supermassve black hole
