Well they only were able to kill him by teleporting different chunks of him away, right? So I don't know if Quicksilver could put him down permanently.

On the other hand he has a virtual eternity to try..well, everything.

Quicksilver steals the Aether and kills him with it.

He got squashed by his own ship, IIRC. Anyway, insert comedic montage of Quicksilver trying various ways to kill Malekith, while the later is virtually frozen in place.
