I'm working on a character for a roleplay, which sounds cooler?

Xioth, or Zioth?

idk how to pronounce xioth so the other one

but then you're doing a roleplay so i thought being cool would be the last thing on your mind

They'd be pronounced almost exactly the same.

Point of order there, Chief... Xioth can sound like Zioth but, the X can also act like an SH so Shioth.

Xzioth sounds and looks best
