As the title says, who, iyo, are the characters in SW with the greatest Force potential?

Anakin, then Luke, Leia, the other Anakin, and Allana.

As for natural potengial Anakin Skywalker most likely has the most, although Vader mused his son had greater potential, and Sidious mused Leia had even more than that. The latter two are character opinions, though, so take them with a grain of salt. And I guess there's Kyp Durron and Galen Marek, too, with supposedly both having Luke-level potential.

For artificial potential, there's probably Sidious and Plagueis if they had perfected the art of midi-chlorian manipulation. And I guess Vitiate, if the galaxy-eating ritual had succeeded, but the guy fails at everything, so it's no surprise it didn't.

Pretty sure Sidious was referring to the fact Leia was pregnant with Anakin, not implying that she was stronger with the Force than Luke.

Well, he had enough potential at the mere age of 10 to conquer entire villages, raise legions of followers, massacre thousands, make people follow him due to them fearing his powers, strip a Sith Lord of his Force abilities, torture and murder said Sith Lord, defeat several other Sith Lords and conquer an entire planet.

I'd say that's impressive, regardless of his massive and unnatural power augmentations in the following decades.

^ This. He snapped his mums neck when he was 4 after torturing her and feeding off her suffering. Marka Ragnos anointed him as a Sith Lord when he was 14. Even without his artificial empowering, he was incredibly naturally strong in the force.
