Who is the weakest character that can move around in Citizen Steel suit, freely. With no struggle.

Ant Man. He'd have all sorts of room to move around in there.

Gladiator or Hulk

Wouldnt fit in it.

Carver uses a lot of lube to make sure they can enter him.

Maybe Ink with the appropriate tatoo ?

That post was pretty weak, so maybe it would be able to.

The suit fits whomever is wearing it...fits then tightly. Their goal is to move around in the suit with no issues. Not move inside of the suit with no issues.

The suit has a tensile strength of 280,000PSI, IIRC.

That's aircraft steel.

So anyone who can rip airplanes apart would do it easily.
