Legion can use all the power the he used until now (i think that Shadow king use his powers, but we'll see).

David mindwipes her, takes her mind into the Astral plane/destroys it, or atomizes her with a wave of his hand.

If Legion gets full control of the abilities he has displayed, then I have to side with him. He seems to be able to access his telekinesis more quickly than she can. Other than the one time QS got killed, she generally seems to use various gestures to use her powers. Legion also uses gestures to a degree, but more like simple wrist flicks or fingersnaps. And he can definitely utilise his telepathy more quickly than she can.
