Does Knightfall Vader have more Force strength than Yoda?

This isn't a troll thread, btw; I'm curious.

He's stronger in the force than everyone but hasn't quite honed that strength to Yoda's degree

I suppose the real question is whether or not he has enough Force strength to defeat Yoda.

Yeah he has the power but he doesn't have the control. Rotj Vader on the other hand has the control/mastery but not as much of the raw power.

Some sources say he's more powerful, some say he's just as powerful, some say's less powerful.

Skywalker loses, but gives Yoda hell.
