Does that mean he wins a Force exchange? I just don't think he has mastery over the Force to a degree where he could take such a contest.

He'd certainly make Palps sweat, but no he wouldn't win force only

yeah for sure, he is the Chosen One after all, but can he control that power is the real question, Sidious has him beat there.

He has more force strength than anyone.
