It probably wouldn't get lethal. And physically Black Bolt should beat on Vic as far as feats go.

Vic could get wins via sonics, no prep and no bfr only hurts Cyborg.

I simply cannot see how Cyborg can win this. Sure, plot can always be twisted. But a fair and all out fight? I just don't see it.

Yeah i can see it going by usual stips. Its good to know, though. I wonder at Cyborg's level of power at times.
