I believe the Worlogog's on panel feats are ultimately superior to MoD's on panel feats. Another massive advantage for Hourman is the literal omniscience granted by the 'gog -- MoD was obviously NOT all-knowing.

So yeah, going with Hourman here.

MoD can summon/control a Worlogog user. Or even control Hourman.
