yes. but there should be some sort of "most wanted list" in place. you know, the higher you're ranked the more likely a ban for past offenses, or even owing to past bans. a ranking system would let people know who's close to the limit. with some thought someone could probably come up with something similar but better. still, it'd be cool. lob would be on the list for general annoyance, but he'd be further down my list. there are several others who deserve to be the top ranked offenders.

Check the date it was made. Then account for the fact that Pr is like 5 hours ahead of eastern time. Then look at LoB's and carter's reasons for banning for a laugh.

or, you know, not. It's impossible to please everybody. Mods are either too lax or too heavy handed. I'm not active enough in the threads to happen upon incidents in threads these days. I rely on reports and PMs for most mod stuff. And I haven't come across much lately. If anybody thinks there are issues, the best thing to do is let mods know specifics in a report or PM.

The biggest problem with a public list is, imo, there's always gonna be a couple of eejits that think it's a badge of honour to be a giant douche on the forum, and we really don't need people competing for that honour.
