Characters that uses any "instawin" tech are not allowed
Characters that can manipulate time through the use of technology or through the use of their own powers is not allowed
Characters that uses magic or magical items/objects are not allowed
Composite Characters are not allowed
Video Game Characters are not allowed
Your team must hunt my team, but my team are aware that they are being hunted
Both teams has "Basic Knowledge" intel about the other team
Both team's tech/weapons/resources must only be provided from their "Tactics/Strategy/Tech/Resources Department"
Both teams get 1 year of preparation
