Round 1: Pre-TS Franky vs mortal Sasori.

Round 2: Current Franky vs Edo Sasori.

Sasori starts inside Hiruko.

No knowledge.

The fight takes place inside Akatsuki's cave.

Who wins and why?

If it's Sasori tail franky has to worry about, it can be ripped to pieces with little difficulty. Franky will just charge up an air blast that could either break him apart or throw him off balance so that franky can finish off with a franky beam. All that may happen after he discover that sasori have several hearts.
