Assuming the team is simply in a featureless environment on an open plane, the speed and ferocity of the zombies coupled with the quickness of the virus in turning humans into zombies seen in Marc Forster's World War Z will get (assuming his healing factor won't fight off the virus) Wolverine pretty quickly, followed by Batman and Daredevil. Those are the most h2h/melee reliant of the team, with Daredevil having his retractable cable throwing option with his billy club and Batman having stuff like his grappling gun. Caps superhuman abilities and shield throwing would only get him through so many rabid WWZ zombies, and Arrow and Deadpool go after him. When Deadpool goes out depends on several factors: is he in Tom Holkenberg's (AKA Junkie XL) "Maximum Effort" mode, is he using his katanas or relying on his guns, does he feel like breaking the 4th wall and saying something like, "What d'ya say audience members, Marvel Zombies/World War Z Crossover? Nah, between Paramount, Disney, and Fox, half the box office gross would just go to lawyers."

However, with Vader, the team's performance really just depends on how strongly and quickly he can spam his telekinetic attacks like push, pull, choke, etc. If this is Vader with all of his movie and cartoon showings, shouldn't he easily obliterate all rounds? In that case, they clear with ease.
