1. Frieza gets 1 yr training w/ his golden form, instead of the 4 months.

2. no ki weapons for black.

Who takes this?

Probably Frieza based on those conditions, unless you were to assume that further training for Frieza would only help him better control his golden form rather than make him stronger than he already became again, but going by the notion it's the latter or both, he'd have a big advantage over a Goku Black who doesn't stab with ki blades yet.

Black should take this. Even without ki weapons, he was overwhelming both SSB Goku and Vegeta simultaneously in the anime when he started pulling out asspull shadowclones

I assumed this was pre-Rose Black, as it wasn't until he acquired SSR that he started being stabby stab with the ki weapons. With the silly shadow clones though I guess he would overwhelm Frieza too, even though he got whooped by a stronger than before vengeful Vegeta an episode or moment prior.

Similary as with raged Goku and raged Vegeta. Both dominated him when raged, only making Black stronger moments later. Raged Goku beat him, Black moments later crushes him. Raged Vegeta outmatched him, making Black again stronger, moments later overwhelming them both together.

ROF Frieza at best dominates him in the beginning, then Black kills him. If it's Black who was at his best, then you can add Frieza to Goku and Vegeta when they were overwhelmed by Black and he beats all three together.

With all the Goku Black wank there was in the anime, it makes it kinda stupid/counterproductive that he even fused with Zamasu when he was fine as he was; him fusing in the manga was more a necessity in comparison.

In manga they had to fuse, Black as pussy as he was in manga (Zamasu was also a pussy in anime), they had to.

And some trully fails to realize how powerful Black was. No matter how beaten he was by SSB Goku or Vegeta, in the end he was laughing and becoming more powerful, in all cases, in all fights. When he was pulling shadowclones, it was from his own power, from that purple cloud. He was making more and more of them without being drained. Goku couldn't use instant transsmision because of Black power. One clone was enough to hurt SSB Vegeta and Goku easily. Goku and Vegeta were also becoming more and more drained. Black could end them, but he wanted to use them as tools to further increase his power and he was mocking them. Like producer said, when they fused, that was Zamasu weakness, because he was alone again without Black. Black was the most powerful warrior outside of Beerus and fusions and I think Beerus easily crushes SSB Vegito. And in the end, Zamasu actually won, he won the war. It was the first time that DB villain was stopped by someone else.
