Who wins?

Depends.

Firepower: Barricade carries a gun that can't even visibly damage Mirage's armor in DOTM while Jazz's weapon mamaged to at least ripped off some pieces from the armor Megatron's, of all TFs.

Agility: While Barricade isn't a living statue (he was able to doa a front flip while kicking Bumblebee in the face.), I believe Jazz is more agile.

Barricade seem to be more violent and destructive in h2h combat but I think if Jazz plays his cards straight (like shooting Barricade while evading his attacks) he could potentially win.

This could go either way.
