That first question is 3 seperate questions, so answered accordingly.

1. Herc is stronger.
Glads has better strength feats (arguably), as he can fly, allowing him to do things Herc cant.
striking feats call it even.

2. Herc.

Gladiator is stronger. However, hand to hand, Hercules might win some fights: I believe he's a better fighter.
