Against standard He-Man, the furies should take it (Though imo, they should beat Superman, too.)

Barda by herself has KO'd Supes. And even more impressively, bfr'd Lobo.. Nothing much He-Man can do against being Boom-Toobed into a black hole. (No pun intended. http://images.killermovies.com/forums/smilies/banana.gif )

I'd give he-man a fair majority against barda mainly because of his sword. Barda might be skilled, but this is essentially a "wolverine vs a brick thread" because once he-man gets her with the sword, it's all downhill from there. With that said, the furies should beat him more often than not and with barda it would be a very sound beating.

Mega-Rod is better then a sword. All kinds of ranged attacks with that thing, and she's good at using it to deflect sword thrusts.
