However, carver may argue he now has mechanical internals now. No soul? Then B1M can hack him.

Where would parasite fall in the tiers (cant see him listed) I'd place him above absorbingman post his strange visitor upgrade (retaining permanently powers taken which means hes a shape shifter and other stuff plus his inertia stealing which is sort of a low level speed steal) but i seem to be in the minority.
