This is a bit unbalanced IMO.

Ok, Pucci have infinite speed but the Naruto team is very versatile and they can tank Pucci's attacks with their massive susanoo and still counter-attack.

Giorno with GER is completely unbalanced and will put the shit out of the Naruto team by himself, countering everything they can use and "fix" Pucci if something bad happens to him.

Team JJBA stomps them then.

So on the Jojo team we have a character whose powerset is defined as "destroys the universe and remakes it". They won't be able to touch him and, if all else fails, will die with the accelerated heat death of the universe.

GER is simply beyond Narutoverse's capabilities to deal with.

Either could solo.
