Considering smaller/weaker suits were killing them dead, I'd say the HB-Armor which went toe-2-toe with a fully enraged butthurt Hulk would tear them to pieces as well, though it'd sustain damage.

They could charge the hulkbuster and make it explode, not sure what it would do to banner

It would piss Banner off. But the HB had removable pieces, so anytime he saw a problem he could just jettison a chunk and call a new one down.

A single hit from him though should flatten any Extremis soldier.
