Who wins and why?

Nebula should beat hiim.

She's just as strong as Gamora, roughly as skilled and durable. And can heal any damage nearly instantly.

Without his suit Panther will be fighting a losing battle from the start.

You should give BP his suit. It's not quite a match without it.
