Unless CK has recently preformed some uber feat that I am unaware of, this is kind of a mismatch....

Crimson king transcends Dark tower which is described similar to DC Multiverse . It's a hilbert multiverse where a higher dimension holds trillions of lower universes in grain of a sand . He is around Morpheus , green swamp thing Destinys lvl . Lucifer at his depowered state fused himself with the white void and could see all of creations in the void and even green is an aspect of lucifers warping the demiurgic force which Swamp thing used it to restore the whole infinite dimensional Multiverse from scratch in Jl Dark storyline . Even characters like Lord of orders and chaos who are inferiror to dream as shown in season of mists storyline created the whole Multiverse from scratch and they were no match for unbound spectre .
Lucifer takes this matchup due to being virtually superior to the beings who transcend the creation .

And Dark Tower if anything is closer to Marvel 616 than anything DC.
