Tim Drake level isnt a diss. But Bucky is not that high up the MA food chain as people would like to believe. And since its h2h only he gets schooled...hard. This is the same guy who said he had to carry a pistol because he couldnt compete with Steves rogues.

Ever since his reappearance as WS, Bucky's been getting crazy feats. Comparing him to Drake is dissing, yes.

His bionic arm is dangerous even when it gets detached and jammed into Bruce's butt.
