Given ROTS Kenobi's new feat showcasing his power as of his absolute (rots) prime, how powerful is ben who "grew much" from his rots self?

Who's the most powerful dude(or dudette) legends ben can ragdoll?

This is about the "Most powerful" dude Kenobi can ragdoll, let's not include fodder here

Maybe Ventress or whoever would be just above her. He's certainly not "rag-dolling" per se any of the higher tier TOR or PT or NJO fighters. Depending on how far the Kenobi feat is wanked, maybe he could rag-doll or semi rag-doll Darth Baras? Or maybe not.

Anybody slightly below or at Ventress level

RotS Kenobi should be noticeable above Ventress in the Force. Her own power is difficult to accurately gauge, though.
