I'd like to say Ronan. IDK if Omega's death spores work on aliens.

riv6672
Thanks, Stax.

tkitna
I would think Ronan. Just seems way more powerful.

riv6672
Well, OR never loses forum fights, so wondered.

leonidas
ronan should pretty much pulverize him. spores wouldn't work through his force field anyway and ronan has some matter manip feats to boot as well as powerful range attacks. he's well outside red's weight class.

Smurph
^Yeah.

Ronan cancels OR's gravity.

KingD19
Omega Red's spores have worked through force fields before.

riv6672
Well there are different tupes of FFs.

vansonbee
Ronan just in another tier, Omega Red gets stomp pretty hard. 8/10

basilisk
Yeah, while it would be an interesting battle to see play out, Ronan really should take this pretty solidly in the end.

riv6672
Good deal.
Like i said, never seen OR lose a forum fight. Aside from the one 'spores/FF' post, this seems a solid Ronan victory though.

AlmightyKfish
Ronan ftw.

He could definitely hang w/ Red physically, and then has energy blasts and a bunch of exotic options available through his hammer that could take Red down.

Then why Gamora fared so well against him?

Why U.S. Agent knocked him out?

riv6672
^^^best guess, because the story required it.

StiltmanFTW
Because Ronan is far less impressive than people think, actually.

Universal Weapon is quite a versatile weapon, sure. But so are Red's Death Factor powers, which bypass Hazmat suits and work even on Lady Deathstrike - who is a cyborg with a healing factor.

riv6672
^^^my guess was right. Thanks for confirming. wink

no reason he couldn't just just restructure the tentacles as easily as this:

https://i.imgur.com/s2JYxfp.jpg

his only chance is the spores, but who knows how they'd affect a kree anyway, and his forcefield should work fine as well. he could drop red through the earth, drop comets on him, or as simple as smurph said, simply turn off gravity (which would also eliminate the spores).

everyone has low showings. ronan has gone against ravenous and glads as well. he is way above red's pay grade, regardless of some low showings. or maybe the showing was a really high one for gamora. /shrug

ronan wins this 10/10 imo. slightly less if he learnes the spores can affect him. he should be able to simply restructure them as well though, like he's done to air.

Supermutant
Got too love comics lol. In one incident Class 10ish Walker koes Ronan with a punch. But in another while being restrained by class 90ish Goliath, Ronan takes a punch for class 100ish Colossus and breaks free. lol

riv6672
^^^lol thumb up

Yeah more around 50-60.

StiltmanFTW
His strength depends on his size (obviously) and he's not even near his max in that scan.

A handbook bio would be nice, but it's not that easy to find the complete one that includes Clint's history and strength level as Goliath.

Resorting to marvel wikia for now... take it with a grain of salt, as there is no source given in the footnotes:

Strength level
As Hawkeye or Ronin, Barton possesses the normal human strength of a man of his age, height, and build who engages in intense regular exercise and is considered athletic. As Goliath, strength varied according to the height he achieved: at 10 feet tall, Barton could lift (press) 1000 pounds, at 25 feet tall he could lift (press) 10 tons, and at 100 feet tall, Barton could lift (press) 50 tons. The higher Barton grew past 25 feet, the more of his strength he had to use simply to support his own enormous mass. While shrinking as Goliath, Barton retained his normal strength.

At any rate it's better than being hammered the **** out by Chamber and a rock.

Supermutant
I thought that Goliath was Erik Josten, I forgot about Hawkeye's stint as Goliath. But whatever doesn't really change anything.

StiltmanFTW
Lol. Different hair, different costume, actual powers.

Thats actually the standard description most have gone by for decades. thumb up
Its one reason Pym didnt get a lot of in-universe props in his giant identities.
Right off the bat his 10 foot strength isnt anything Captain America cant match or excedd at 6'2", with much greater agility and fighting skill.
And as he got bigger it only got worse, as his strength to size ratio was just not efgicient, making him awkward, and an easy target.

Don't really care enough to keep with who is using the title Goliath, Atlas, Giantman, Powerman or whatever stick out tongue

On topic Ronan wins.
