Gamora would win a strait up fight, but a boxing match plays more to She Hulk's strengths and gives her a good shot. I won't go as far to say that She Hulk has it in the bag for the simple reason that we've never seen Gamora limited in this manner on panel, but I'm more than willing to give Jen the edge.
