Marquis steps outside the Universe where the IG works and destroys said Universe, Infinity Gauntlets are often portrayed as only working in and an individual universe. Hickman showed them as otherwise but... MoD wins.

always had the impression that the old IG (from the OP pic) was multiversal, as to the recent IG was only universal in power..
