i get an error in python that says the "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" is missing when i try to launch the program.

i wanted to see if i could pick up programming as a hobby but don't really want to jump through a bunch of troubleshooting steps to fix this.

is python worth it to go through these headaches?
