Who wins?

Maxima, as long as she uses her telekinesis to take out Prof. X at the start.

Then she casually owns the rest.

Maxima goes down hard.

Prof and Jean Grey would beat her telepathically before it gets physical.

Even if she somehow fends off two of the best telepaths in comics, she would be too distracted and gets a fastball special. Game over.

Prof X is the only threat to her here. Team wins because of the Jean/Prof X TP combo. Remove Prof. X and Team dies painfully.
