I'll go with Dredd.

Dredd's beaten stronger foes than Dragon.

The Dredd art is f*cking good.

I don't know much about either, though more for Dragon(read a fair amount of his early years, but don't recall too many feats). Would someone kindly give feats for both?

So Savage Dragon is maybe average house level? Or a bit above?

Not really sure on Dredd, as the Dark Judges could sound more impressive than they really are, plus don't know how they were beaten. Sounds cool though.

I don't know anything about the Dark Judges, but from the few Dredd books I have, I cant see him beating the Dragon.

Furthermore, Dragon was still very much incapacitated after pulling himself from that spike -- it was implied that he was KO'd for a few weeks, in fact. I can post scans if you'd like?

There is a sort of relentless brutality to Dredd that makes you think ANY character would be in a bit of trouble if they got caught in his crosshairs. He has decades of experience, expert at all weapons, tough as nails in h to h, and he has taken down a whole rota of villains with much, much tougher stats than Dragon. ( Dark Judges, Dark Sisters, Sabbat the Necromagus, homicidal war robots, carnivorous aliens) He's been crucified, blinded, burned, run over, thrown into vacuum, shot, stabbed, had just about every bone in his body broken, and he just keeps going. In terms of stubborn, unbreakable, terrifying willpower he makes Frank Castle look like a Girl Guide selling charity cookies door-to-door.

Yeah he was incapacitated, but to even be able to survive that is crazy. His hand grew back too (I think while he was getting laid,,,Lol). I just don't see Dredd being able to dish out that kind of punishment.

^ With Dredd's standard weaponry, I definitely think he can win. Heck, one 'Hi-Ex' round to the torso would likely be enough -- its got a crazy amount of output:

It may not kill Dragon, but it'd definitely do some serious damage. Remember, blood loss *can* drop him:
