Hard to say where Pikkon falls in power scaling, but this Gohan's poor fighting skills that were shown against Dabura would give Pikkon an easy advantage. Also he one-shotted Cell in HFIL.

Gonna can one shot cell frieza and pikkon at the same time.

Pikkon was able to oneshot Super Perfect Cell with that flaming kaoiken like attack he didn't use against Goku. Thus, I'm inclined to believe Pikkon takes this quite easily if he uses all of his techniques.

Pikkon should stomp him cell style.

It's hard to say where ssj2 Gohan would be, as he only used ssj against Fat Buu and Dabura. But as he was even at ssj with Cell level villain, cause he was weaker, Pikkon would probably win, but I would put Teen Gohan slightly above Pikkon.
