In an alternate timeline, Freeza kills Goku and goes to destroy Earth, where he meets the two androids.

What happens?

I feel like Frieza would punch holes in them with his finger beam. But he could also be drained if he's not careful. So edge to Frieza but the androids can take wins.

Dr. Gero plays with his brain.

Freeza becomes 21

Its going to be to late for Frieza to realize that his energy is taken and gets double team by two androids that are near his power level.

If Frieza can fight 1 by 1, he can win the fights.

If Vegeta in the Manga isn't lying and he actually was stronger than SSJ Goku prior to to the heart virus weakening and I'd say 19 may be every bit as strong as Freeza. Gero obviously 'should' be stronger than 19 but has no real feats.
