I don't know the manga of toriko but the TV show I watched from beginning to end and I think they could win based off of feats.

Anime Toriko is far below what Toriko becomes at the end of the manga and Buranchi doesn't really do much else through the rest of the manga but unfortunately they don't win this. Torikoverse caps off at the Buu saga.

I forgot, but branchi's lightning is being mocked! They can reach they're speeds to overcome whats not a threat to begin with. Toriko can fork them to death while they float or run in fear from branchi.
