Bane easily.

Tilda pimpslaps Bane until he agrees agrees to change his name to Banette and wear a pretty pink dress.

Tilda gets thrown around some but eventually goes for an eye poke, throat chop, knee break or some other gory sh*t that Bane isn't brutal enough to anticipate.

Bane isn't fast enough to even hit Tilda if we're being honest.

Of course he is. Visual speed isn't his real speed. He can just counter her strike.

So if visual speed isn't her real speed either. Then she's still faster than him.
