Who wins

Is Lucian in human form or lycan? And does he get any weapons? Because an unarmed human form Lucian is going to have an extremely tough time doing any damage to Luke.

Lycan

Luke should still have the advantage in strength and durability. But Lucian is faster, and has a pretty solid healing factor. I'd probably edge it to Cage, because if he can actually get his hands on Lucian he could put a serious hurting on him, whereas Lucian would likely need a lot of hits to hurt Cage, even in Lycan form.

Lucien, eventually. Cage is stronger, but he's too slow to be able to out work Lucien's HF.

He could simply tear Lucien apart.

Maybe if Lucien wasn't way faster, or if Cage ever did anything like that, which he doesn't.
