Morals on might mean standard morals to Savage, or his standard level of anger. "Sith wannabes" like Savage (who yeno, is a confirmed Sith apprentice) are not always blood lusted. Morals off means blood lusted in battles, for Sith blood lust is rage that's taken to the extreme i.e. the highest level that lasts for a short amount of time during a fight.

Savage wrecks him. He already ragdolled TCW Anakin even when he had the help of obi wan and this was after being attacked by dooku and ventress. He should bash in the head of Anakin with a little difficulty.

in seriousness savage wins, massively pre-prime versions of ventress have matched/beat sujperior versions of Anakin
