Ares. Vision is way overrated like most MCU characters.

Ares was throwing around energy attacks. Not sure how that would effect Vision if at all. Don't know how Visions solar beam would affect Ares either. Probably go with Vision.

Ares stomps. Vision gets his ass kicked by Clint's electric arrows. Ares would fry him.
