Round 1: TPM Maul would win, simply because Luke has shit all for experience against any specialized forms.

Round 2: Luke's going to win regardless.

Only at the end of his life.. after being broken twice by Darth Sidious. During Rebels, Maul is just a shadow of his TCW version.

"Vader arm breaker Luke" is not a thing. Ray Charles used nearly as much technique.

You might as well argue "Anakin when he's really made because the woman who looked like his mom died" or "Obiwan when Qui Gon died and has the magical ability to stop anyone from countering" or "Artoo when the script calls for it".

Luke doesn't have enough mastery over TK yet, so Maul should win an all out.

For Sabers only Luke should win fairly easily against Rebels Maul at least given A>B>C scenarios. For TCW Maul I'll go with Luke after a long fought fight, aka to TCW Maul vs TCW Kenobi.
