If so, I'm not sure how this would play out... Is Mangog at all susceptible to TP? mmm

Despero. Overpowered him, and cut his head clean off.

He also held off Despero (Who could survive decapitated) and the entire L.E.G.I.O.N. (Which included a cl100, and another character that was like a female Validus.. in power set and appearance. Not so much the feats.)

Dunno.

Cobi never really used it in combat, preferring to beat his opponents physically. (And Despero didn't really try using his top end tp on Starro either..)

Despero tried using TP against Starro, but was just WAY out of his league:
