I haven't seen the movie, only Civil War, but based on that Peter should have no problem with X-24. He's far too fast and strong. Also, his webs provide easy means of disabling X-24 without needing to overload his HF.

Yep as long as Spidey doesn't start quipping and goofing off, he should just be able to web up X-24. That truck pinned X-24 to a front end loader, whereas Spidey has stopped an SUV dead in its tracks, and Spidey's webbing should be far better at immobilizing and holding an opponent of X-24's caliber than a truck.

Spidey just overpowers him.

Spidey stomps both rounds.
