Should be noted that, according to Legend at least who sent the email, the size of the building in question is that of a skyscraper.

Star Wars characters aren't super-heroes. With exceptions here and there in some wacky EU stories, throwing around rocks and people is the best they can do.

The reality is Dooku can't kill 30 pirates with the Force. Or Mace can't defeat the army of droids on Geonosis. Etc.
