I might be misreading the OP but taking his hype seriously 11 ABY Lukr believes he and his entire NJO need to band together at full strength to defeat a resurrected Ragnos. Ragnos possessing Tavion is not applicable to resurrected Ragnos btw. Anyhow that probably puts him as a top tier later on in the NJO/LOTF era, like GM Luke level.
