Raw-output depends on the user, so I'm not sure how to rank them besides versatility.

the right users can all do essentially the same things. all can control time and space. not sure there is any versatility differences at the highest levels of each. easier to rank them on pure output. /shrug

And I made the thread to dispel the notion that Guardians are somehow weak despite decades of history saying otherwise. Honestly, their showings makes characters like Odin and Galactus look weak.
