Thought Robot is just a weapon.

Thought Robot was built by a Monitor -- so yes, it is higher-dimensional technology.

It can only be powered by a merger of essences/dualities representing the most powerful story in the whole of DC comics: the story of Superman.

How exactly is protege is going to beat someone who can link his mind with the overvoid ? And also isn't Monitor sphere the highest dimension in DC existing beyond the concept of story itself ?

And also Dax Novu according to Morrison words is a threat that could annihilate the entire DC fictional realm .
