Who wins and why?

Vaylin. Legends Vos is nothing to her and Dooku quickly falls in suit to her substantially greater force abilities.

dooku solos. Quinlan could be argued to given his ability to fight through dooku's force attacks(even though he was dominated) and his vast advantage as a saber combatant(was only "perhaps less skilled" than dooku was)

Dooku managing to hold off Yoda for as long as he did. Is superior to anything Vaylin has done. And she will lose, if she crosses blades with Dooku/Vos

Vaylin, pretty easily. Vos is an absolute non-factor, so this is basically Vaylin vs. Dooku.

Dooku being beyond AOTC(logical superior to tpm sids) Yoda's ability to outright ragdoll is sufficient to dismiss the notion of Yoda's far inferior in Vaylin doing anything of note with her tk. On the other hand, Dooku being a tier 8 who is superior to other tier 8's makes Vaylin rather outclassed in a saber fight.

Very difficult, tbh. The Cavs need a reliable scorer (right now, only Lebron is reliable scorer), two athletic guards to burn Curry and give matchup problems to Klay and a wing defender to rough KD a bit, at minimum.

Westbrook and some athletic driver would be good for the Cavs.

Sadly, it's not possible though.
